A couple of months ago, Ariana got really frustrated about something (I don't even remember what it was now) and threw a very expensive Wii remote on the floor. After spending about 10 minutes in the corner, we had a long talk about ways we can vent our frustration without being destructive. Today, I was really getting after her to do her homework, so she very politely came up to me and said "Can I go scream in my pillow?" I am glad she is learning!!

cute! It is nice when things kind of "click" in their heads isn't it! Brenley has used her pillow at times and I think it has helped. :) Kids are great aren't they!
